Indications for use (instruction): Alersis Tablets
Elimination of symptoms associated with:
- allergic rhinitis (sneezing, nasal discharge, itching, swelling and nasal congestion, as well as itching and redness of the eyes, lacrimation, itching of the palate and coughing);
- urticaria (itching, rash).
How to use
Adults and children 12 years of age: 1 tablet once a day, regardless of food intake, to relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (including intermittent and persistent allergic rhinitis) and urticaria.
Treatment for intermittent allergic rhinitis occurs before symptoms resolve and can be resumed after symptoms recur (symptoms less than 4 days a week or less than 4 weeks); long-term treatment can be offered to patients during the period of exposure of the allergen.
Children.
The efficacy and safety of Alersis tablets in children under 12 years of age has not been established.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to desloratadine or to any of the excipients or to loratadine.
Composition
Active ingredient: desloratadine;
1 tablet contains desloratadine 5 mg.
Excipients: lactose anhydrous, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium anhydrous phosphate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon anhydrous colloidal dioxide.
Tablets: hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E 171), talc, indigocarmine (E 132), macrogol 600.
Release form
10 tablets per blister, 1 blister per cardboard pack.
Storage conditions
Store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C. out of the reach of children.
