Metida
MetidaMetida is a high-dose complex of magnesium and vitamin B6 with a single daily intake! It is recommended to take to normalize the functional state of the nervous system with an unbalanced diet or an increased need for magnesium and vitamin B6.
1 sachet of Metida contains 300 mg of magic and 30 mg of vitamin B6.

Metida is an additional source of magnesium and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Metida is recommended for:

• excessive physical and mental stress;
• pregnancy;
• increased fatigue or weakness;
• sleep disturbances;
• irritability;
• increased excitability;
• anxiety;
• muscle cramps;
• tingling sensations in the muscles.
How to use
Сonsume 1 sachet per day for adults. Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 100-150 ml (ml) of room-temperature drinking water or vegetable or fruit juice, stir and drink. Take after meal. Before use, it is recommended that you consult a doctor.
Contraindications
Individual intolerance, severe renal impairment, severe arterial hypotension.
Composition
1 sachet contains: active ingredients: magnesium citrate – 1970 mg (mg), in terms of elemental magnesium – 300 mg (mg), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) – 30 mg (mg).
