Flu-Acyl Rino nasal spray
Flu-Acyl Rino nasal sprayDecongestant with mucolytic activity.
Composition
1 vial 30 ml (ml) contains: active ingredients: N-acetylcysteine 1.8 g (g), sodium chloride 0.9 g (g); excipients: sodium hydroxide, sodium edetate, purified water. No synthetic preservatives.
Indications for use (instruction): Flu-Acyl Rino nasal spray
Indications for use: FLU-ACIL rhino nasal spray is a decongestant with mucolytic activity, which promotes liquefaction and mechanical removal of stagnant mucous and/or mucopurulent discharge in the nasal cavity (in acute and chronic rhinitis, mucosal crusts, vasomotor rhinitis) and in the paranasal sinuses (in acute and chronic sinusitis), alleviating the symptoms and course of acute, subacute and chronic inflammation of the upper respiratory tract.
Description of the medical device: Flu-Acyl Rino nasal spray is a medical device based on 3% hypertonic saline solution, pH-controlled, and 6% N-acetylcysteine. Flu-Acyl Rhino Nasal Spray thins thick, viscous mucus due to the physical and mechanical effects of its components.
Sodium chloride. Hypertonic saline solutions applied directly to the mucous membrane of the upper respiratory tract take water from the intracellular to the extracellular space by osmosis. This increases the percentage of water in the nasal secretion lining the epithelium, thinning it and thus facilitating its removal;
N-acetylcysteine. The acetylated version of the amino acid cysteine has a mucolytic effect in direct contact with mucus. This is due to the presence of sulfhydryl radicals in the molecule, which can destroy the disulfide bonds of mucoproteins, which give mucus viscosity, by depolymerization. It has an indirect antioxidant effect associated with an increase in the synthesis of the antioxidant compound glutathione, as well as a direct antioxidant effect, protecting cells from free radical damage.
How to use
Shake well before use. For proper use of FLU-ACIL rhino nasal spray, remove the protective cap, tilt the head slightly back, gently place the dispenser spout into the nostril, press the base of the dispenser with two fingers and inject. Repeat this operation with the other nostril. Clean the pipette and replace the protective cap of the pipette.

It is recommended to close the cap carefully after use. Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity to any of the components of the product. Prolonged use of the product may lead to sensitization effect; in this case, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the package. Do not use if the package is damaged. Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes. Sharing of the same vial by multiple subjects may facilitate the transmission of infection.
