MERCANA^® TENDO is recommended as a dietary supplement for people leading an active lifestyle and playing sports as an additional source of bioactive collagen peptides (TENDOFORTE^®), methylsulfonylmethane (OptiMSM^®), vitamin C and bromelain to improve the functional state of tendons and ligaments of the osteoarticular system, in particular, in case of excessive physical activity, sports, injuries and sprains accompanied by discomfort and inflammation in tendons and ligaments, as well as to reduce the risk of their injury during physical activity.

Adults take 1 sachet daily or as recommended by a doctor.

Signs of inflammation of tendons and ligaments: 1 sachet per day for at least 2 months. The course can be repeated if necessary.

Rehabilitation after injuries (sprains, tears) of tendons and ligaments: 1 sachet per day during the entire period of restoration of the normal functional state of the tendons and 1 month afterwards.

When surgical intervention is necessary: 1 sachet per day for 20 days before the moment of surgical intervention on tendons and ligaments.

Rehabilitation after surgical intervention: 1 sachet per day for 20 days after surgical intervention on tendons and ligaments. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (150 ml), stir until a homogeneous solution is obtained and drink immediately. It is recommended to take MERCANA® TENDO between meals. The presence of solid particles is not a sign of a change in the product, but is explained by the peculiarities of the structure of the components included in the composition.

1 sachet contains: active ingredients: collagen peptides (TENDOFORTE^®) — 5000 mg (mg), methylsulfonylmethane (OptiMSM^®) — 1500.0 mg (mg), Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) — 500 mg (mg), bromelain (2500 (GDU)/g) — 500 mg (mg); excipients: orange, lemon flavors; maltodextrin filler, amorphous silicon dioxide anti-caking agent; acid: citric acid; sweeteners: sucralose, steviol glycosides (stevia extract); riboflavin (E101) coloring.

Non-GMO.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. MERCANA® TENDO should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet. It is important to follow the rules of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not consume after the expiration date indicated on the package. Consult a doctor before use.

Urine may be colored yellow with a fluorescence effect, which is completely harmless and is due to the presence of riboflavin (vitamin B2) used as a coloring agent.
