Metida

METIDA® is an additional source of magnesium and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride). Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system, reduction of fatigue and tiredness. Magnesium also contributes to normal mental activity, electrolyte balance, and normal muscle function. And vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.

METIDA® can be recommended in case of unbalanced diet or increased need for magnesium and vitamin B6, negative environmental influences, excessive physical and mental stress, pregnancy, increased fatigue or weakness, sleep disturbances, irritability, increased excitability, anxiety, muscle cramps, tingling sensation in muscles. 

Take 1 sachet per day for adults, dissolve the contents of the sachet before use and drink. Take after meals. A doctor's consultation is recommended before use.

Special features: does not contain sweeteners, flavors, colorants. The composition also does not contain additives of synthetic origin, which improve the solubility and color of the powder, but have no benefit for the body. The taste can be adjusted by using (in the absence of individual intolerance) sugar, honey, adding more drinking water or juice.
