Metida with orange flavor

“METIDA® Orange Flavor” with sweeteners is an additional source of magnesium, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and mental activity, reduction of fatigue and tiredness and normal energy metabolism. Additionally: Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of electrolyte balance and normal muscle function; Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and, with Vitamin B6, to the normal functioning of the immune system.

“METIDA® Orange Flavor” with sweeteners can be recommended in case of unbalanced diet or increased need for magnesium, vitamins B6 and C, in case of negative environmental impact, excessive physical and mental stress, pregnancy, in case of frequent stress, increased fatigue or weakness, sleep disturbance, irritability, nervousness, increased excitability, anxiety, muscle cramps, tingling sensation in muscles, decreased muscle activity, excessive magnesium loss. A doctor's consultation is recommended before use. 

Adults use 1 sachet per day. Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 200 ml (ml) of drinking water at room temperature, stir and drink. Use after meals. The consumption period is 1 month, the need for a repeat course and its duration are determined by the doctor individually.

Individual intolerance to the components of the product, severe kidney function disorders, severe arterial hypotension; simultaneous use of other means containing magnesium and vitamin B6; hypermagnesemia; hypervitaminosis B6; severe atrioventricular block, myasthenia gravis, diarrhea, peptic ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum, liver disease with severe functional insufficiency.

1 sachet contains: active ingredients: magnesium citrate - 2600 mg (mg) (corresponding to 400 mg (mg) of elemental magnesium), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) - 27 mg (mg), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) - 5 mg (mg); excipients: acid: citric acid anhydrous; filler: isomalt; acidity regulator: sodium bicarbonate; flavors: orange, pomegranate; sweeteners: sodium cyclamate, sodium saccharin; colors: riboflavin, red beet powder.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. “METIDA® Orange Flavor” with sweeteners should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet. It is important to follow the rules of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Amounts of magnesium greater than 250 mg (mg) may have a laxative effect in people sensitive to magnesium. In this case, it is advisable to divide the contents of one sachet into two doses.

Store in the original packaging at a temperature between 4 °C and 25 °C in a dry place protected from light and out of the reach of children.
