It is recommended to use Lifemin® as an additional source of natural estrogen-progestogenic hormone-like compounds, such as isoflavones (daidzein and puerarin), isoprenyl flavonoids (8-isoprenylnaringenin, 6-isoprenylnaringenin, xanthohumol, isoxanthohumol), triterpene glycosides (actein, cimicifugoside), steroidal saponins (diosgenin β-sitosterol), bitternesses, polyphenolic compounds, organic acids, essential oils, as well as the macronutrient calcium to reduce the manifestations of menopausal syndrome (hot flashes, irritability, mood swings, depression, night sweats, sleep disturbances, irritation and dryness of the external genitalia); reduction of manifestations of artificial menopause caused by medication or as a result of surgery), with the threat of menopausal osteoporosis. 

Adults (women) take 1 capsule daily regardless of food intake. The course of use is determined by a doctor individually. A doctor's consultation is recommended before use.

Individual sensitivity to any of the components, pregnancy and lactation, estrogen-dependent malignancies.

1 capsule contains: active ingredients: hop extract (Humulus lupulus) - 120 mg (mg) (incl. of the patented Lifenol® extract - 20 mg (mg)), wild yam root extract (Dioscorea villosa) - 70 mg (mg), pearl powder - 60 mg (mg), Pueraria lobata root extract (Pueraria lobata) - 50 mg (mg), Chinese angelica root extract (Angelica sinensis) - 50 mg (mg), Cimicifuga racemosa rhizome extract (Cimicifuga racemosa) - 30 mg (mg); excipients: fillers: amorphous silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; capsule shell: gelatin, dyes: candurine (titanium dioxide, potassium aluminosilicate), special red.
