Composition

1 “Day” sachet contains: magnesium citrate malate, equivalent to 125 mg (mg) of elemental magnesium (33.33% RDA*); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) - 6 mg (mg) (428.57% RDA*).

1 “Night” sachet contains: magnesium bisglycinate, expressed as elemental magnesium - 125 mg (mg) (33.33% RDA*); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) - 6 mg (mg) (428.57% RDA*).

Amounts of individual ingredients per serving of the dietary supplement, recommended for daily consumption - 2 sachets (1 “Day” sachet and 1 “Night” sachet): magnesium - 250 mg (mg) (66.67% RDA*), vitamin B6 - 12 mg (mg) (857.14% RDA*).

Recommendations for use

“METIDA® Day and Night” is a source of magnesium in two organic forms and vitamin B6.

The “Day” sachet contains magnesium citrate malate - a form of magnesium based on citric and malic acid salts - for use in the morning. The “Night” sachet contains magnesium bisglycinate - a chelated form in which magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine - for evening use.

This dietary supplement may be recommended for adults as a source of magnesium and vitamin B6, specifically, the “Day” sachet to stimulate energy metabolism, reduce morning fatigue, and support normal muscle function during daytime activity, and the “Night” sachet to promote relaxation and relieve excessive muscular and psycho-emotional tension in the evening, which can disrupt sleep patterns. Magnesium supports normal nervous system function, normal mental performance, and normal muscle function; helps maintain electrolyte balance; supports normal energy metabolism; and helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin B6 supports the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal mental performance, normal energy metabolism, the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, and the normal functioning of the immune system.

Recommended daily intake of this dietary supplement: for adults - 2 sachets per day: 1 “Day” sachet in the morning, preferably first thing in the morning, and 1 “Night” sachet in the evening, 30–60 minutes before bedtime.

How to use

Before use, dissolve the contents of the sachet (see “How to Prepare the Solution” below) and drink.

How to Prepare the Solution:

1. Shake the sachet vigorously.

2. Pour the contents of 1 sachet into a dry, empty container.

3. Add 100–150 ml of drinking water at room temperature or fruit juice (without pulp).

4. Stir thoroughly and wait until completely dissolved.

Recommended duration of use: 2 weeks to 3 months. It is recommended to consult a doctor before starting use.

Usage notes: Contains no sweeteners, flavorings, or colorings. The product also contains no synthetic additives that improve the solubility or color of the powder but offer no health benefits. The taste can be adjusted by adding more drinking water or fruit juice (without pulp).

Consumption Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake (serving size). This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. It is important to follow the principles of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Contraindications

Do not use if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients; do not use in cases of severe kidney dysfunction.
